As part of JCI Johor Bahru’s flagship project “The Place for E-waste 2023,” a colouring contest was organized to engage children and promote environmental awareness. Colouring opens new doors for children, especially when the subject matter is something they feel passionate about. Colouring contests can easily spread messages, including the importance of reducing CO2 emissions and generating public awareness. We hope that all kids will unleash their artistic expressions and imagination by using our colouring materials.

Children Colouring Contest Terms & Conditions
1 The contest is open and free to children aged between 6 and 9 years old.
2 Participation is limited to 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
3 Participants must bring the child’s IC (identification card) on the day of the event for confirmation.
4 Coloring materials are self-prepared by contestants, only colour pencil or crayon are allowed.

Participants should also bring a colouring table and cleaning cloth or napkins.
5 The organizers will provide the pre-printed colouring sheets.
6 Only one parent/guardian is allowed to accompany each child during the contest.
7 Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children.
8 The online entry form must be submitted to the organization before 15/8/2023. Late submissions will not be accepted, and incomplete forms will be disqualified.
9 Participants must register themselves 30 minutes before the competition starts on the day of the event.
10 Participants must complete their artwork within the given time duration for the competition.
11 The result announcement and prize-giving ceremony will take place from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm on the same day.
12 The organizers’ decision on the winners will be final and binding. No correspondence regarding the matter will be entertained.
13 In case of insufficient participants in any group, the organizers reserve the right to adjust the number of awardees.
14 The organization reserves the right to use the artwork and pictures for marketing purposes and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
15 The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during the competition.
16 The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without prior notice.
17 By participating, the participants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agreed to be bound by JCI Johor Bahru.
