Rule & Regulations:
1. Only verified participants who have registered and completed the confirmation process are allowed to join.
2. Only dry-based coloring tools are permitted.
3. Each participant will be provided with one sheet of drawing paper. No replacements will be given.
4. All artworks must be done on the spot within the given time.
5. Once submitted no changes or replacement are allowed
6. The judges decision is final no disputes, correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
7. Any misconduct, cheating or use of disallowed materials may result in disqualification.
8. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other competitions or persons.
9. Late entries or participants after the contest begins may not be allowed extra time.

*Participants are required to bring their own table, chair, and coloring tools for the contest.
