• Manage shipment plan and track On time delivery – work with material planning, scheduler, and production for shipment commit and follow up, and raise shipment request
• Manage customer forecast and demand load
• Support commercial claim tracking and billing
• Coordinate internally with the customer focus team on customer requirements, system setup
• customer RMA return
• Site
