Submission and Poster Guidelines:
1 Entries can be submitted in the following formats:
2 Digital Images must be RGB in JPEG or PNG or GIF or PDF and size up to 6 MB)
3 The poster design must by 18” x 24” (45.7cm X 61cm )
4 One entry per person.
5 Contestant needs to submit the solution along with a brief write-up of around 400 words in English OR 60 words in Chinese
6 Page layout in vertical format
7 File size not bigger than 6 Mb
8 Please name your files as (School Name_Full Name_IC Last Four Digit)

Rules & regulations
1 Participation in the competition is open and free for all primary students.
2 Each contestant is allowed to submit only one poster. If more than one poster is submitted, only the first poster will be included in the evaluation.
3 Textual information such as titles or slogans that support the visual design are allowed in the poster.
4 Submitted designs must be original and not have been exhibited, published, or awarded anywhere before.
5 The exhibition schedule may be subject to change or cancellation at any stage if deemed necessary by the organizer.
6 The organizer reserve the right to make decisions regarding the competition and the organization without necessarily informing the participants.
7 The organizers’ decision on the winners will be final and binding. No correspondence regarding the matter will be entertained.
8 In case of insufficient participants in any group, the organizers reserve the right to adjust the number of awardees.
9 The organization reserves the right to use the artwork and pictures for marketing purposes and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10 The organizers’ decisions, on behalf of the institution, are valid for matters not specified in the specification or in case of any uncertainty.
11 The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during the competition.
12 The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without prior notice.
